    Overview

    This role sits at the Manager level within a consulting environment focused on helping organizations translate strategy into execution. Managers lead client engagements end-to-end, oversee delivery across multiple workstreams, and ensure high-quality outcomes through strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership. The role balances hands-on execution with people development and close partnership with senior leadership.

    Key Responsibilities

    Client Engagement & Project Management
    • Lead day-to-day execution of client engagements, owning project plans, timelines, deliverables, and communication cadences

    • Partner with senior team members to define project scope, success metrics, and milestones, translating strategy into actionable workplans

    • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and course corrections

    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery

    • Prepare for and facilitate client meetings and working sessions that drive decision-making and momentum

    • Ensure consistent, high-quality outputs while adapting plans in ambiguous or evolving environments

    • Support the development of client capabilities throughout the engagement

    People Leadership & Internal Contribution
    • Serve as a Career Manager, coaching and supporting the growth of team members across levels

    • Provide active mentorship, modeling strong judgment, executive presence, and delivery discipline

    • Contribute to internal initiatives related to operations, process improvement, or intellectual property development

    • Support business development efforts through proposal development, client storytelling, and pitch participation as needed

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

    • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and multiple workstreams simultaneously

    • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills; ability to distill complexity into clear plans and actions

    • Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, high-stakes environments

    • Experience working with senior stakeholders and navigating sensitive organizational dynamics

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence and align diverse stakeholders

    • High attention to detail, responsiveness, and follow-through

    • Flexibility to meet project demands, including occasional extended hours

    • Willingness to travel up to ~30%
