Job Description

Lead the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) throughout the Product Life Cycle (PLC), to ensure the highest quality products (chips, modules, boards) designed, manufactured and supplied by Axiado to leading server, switch and router OEMs for AI security and power management applications.

• Design/implement/maintain/enforce a holistic QMS (PLC process --> document control --> ISO certification/maintenance)
• Define/implement/enforce Axiado PLC process from product inception to EOL (bus plan --> development --> prototype --> qual --> HVM --> EOL)
• Design/implement/maintain Axiado document control system
• Lead Axiado’s functional groups through the ISO-9001 certification process, and compliance
• Manage Axiado product quality metrics (product yields, DPPM, FIT rate, RMA, FA, CAR, customer/supplier evaluations, QBR’s, … )
• Serve as the corporate quality representative to suppliers and customers

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline in advanced semiconductor technology
• Minimum 10 years experience in the semiconductor industry, and 5 years as team manager
• Expert knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and best practices
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor product technologies (CMOS, FinFET), device physics, quality and reliability metrics
• Effective communication, international cross-functional projects/resources management & collaboration
• Personal integrity, professional, self-motivated, persistent, dependable, analytical, detail oriented, agile/resourceful to multi-task and manage ambiguity and timely execution in a fast pace environment
• Travel (10~20%)
