    Job Description

    The Manager, Talent Acquisition Systems will be responsible for leading and executing the technical strategy, configuration, and continuous improvements of SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters. This role manages a team of professionals supporting NBCU’s Recruiting and Onboarding products. Collaboration across engineering, cyber, IT partner and vendor / contractor teams require project or support based people leader responsibilities. Performing hands-on application configuration and testing is needed besides cross-teams collaboration for enhancement development, reporting/analytics and security requirements for holistic solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Technical solution ownership for Recruiting and Onboarding solutions
    • Engage with business partners to understand strategy, objectives and needs for processes in scope
    • Collaborate with vendor, business partner, engineering and IT teams to provide solutions based on requirements
    • Lead and participate in virtual as well as in-person meetings
    • Architect and implement holistic as well as support existing solutions
    • Perform system configuration in support of business needs
    • Provide innovative solutions beyond system limitations
    • Manage and execute project activities for applications/modules in scope
    • Provide day-to-day support for applications/modules (tickets, vendor release adoption, IT governance tasks, enhancements, etc.)
    • Ability to navigate SAP HCM OM/PA modules for Talent Management specific data, understand and create RICEF specifications
    • Continuously review and optimize existing SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters integrations
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR/IT professionals supporting applications/modules in scope
    • All other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, Engineering, or other relevant field; or equivalent professional experience.
    • 7+ years Technical Experience with 2+ year of People Management experience
    • 7+ years of delivering high-quality HR/IT solutions and related project/support work
    • 7+ years experience with core HR systems (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM) and employee life cycle management (hire-to-retire)
    • 7+ years of experience with SaaS HR solutions, specifically SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters
    • 7+ years of experience in requirements gathering techniques, solution modeling, and documentation
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong foundational knowledge of HR Talent Acquisition processes
    • Excellent SuccessFactors-related project/task management skills with a track record of successful delivery
    • Strong people leadership competencies (inspire, motivate, guide)
    • Proven ability to collaborate across IT and HR business teams to create holistic solutions
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Occasional travel within the USA

    Additional Requirements:

    Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

    Salary range: $125,000 - $150,000 (bonus eligible)

  • Compensation
    $125,000-$125,000 per year
