** ROLE SUMMARY**
The Manager, Retail Development supports the execution of NBCUniversal brand strategies at Walmart and Sam’s Club across Apparel and Home lines of business. Reporting to the Director, Retail Development, this role is responsible for day-to-day account execution, internal and external coordination, and cross-category integration to ensure retail programs are delivered on time, on brand, and aligned to account priorities.
This role partners closely with Category, Franchise Strategy, Product Development, Retail Marketing, and licensee teams to operationalize strategies, manage timelines, prepare retailer materials, and support incremental growth opportunities.

** QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
5+ years of experience in Retail Development, Account Management, or Sales Operations
(Apparel, Home, or Consumer Products preferred)
BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience preferred
Experience working with large scale retailers strongly preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a retail environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and follow-through
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote and Excel
eCommerce familiarity a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and role responsibilities
Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to merchants, licensees, and senior leaders
Ability to travel ~10-15% as needed
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
