RETAIL EXECUTION MANAGEMENT (REM)
Lead end-to-end business management for the Retail Execution Management (REM) program in the U.S., ensuring alignment with RBNA commercial priorities and global strategy.
Oversee the integration of execution systems to streamline field sales workflows and enhance in-store execution outcomes.
Convert RBNA business needs into clear, prioritized requirements and collaborate with IT and headquarters teams to support agile development.
Ensure the REM platform delivers store-specific calls to action, promotions, execution standards, and actionable insights to sales and distribution teams.
Collaborate with headquarters Business and IT teams to shape the product roadmap and ensure U.S. market needs are fully represented.
RETAIL EXECUTION PLANNING (REP)
Act as the U.S. business owner for Retail Execution Planning (REP), with responsibilities equivalent in scope to those of REM.
Define and maintain REP business requirements to support execution planning across Key Accounts, Distribution, and RBDC.
Ensure that REP capabilities are aligned with REM execution workflows and national sales priorities.
Promote and drive the adoption of REP processes and tools across RBNA and distributor partners.
BUSINESS OWNERSHIP OF DEVELOPMENT & TESTING
Provide ongoing business oversight throughout the development lifecycle of REM and REP solutions.
Review solution designs, functionality, and feature development to ensure they align with defined business requirements and execution needs.
Lead business testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate that solutions meet RBNA’s business expectations prior to launch.
Identify gaps, risks, or misalignments during development and collaborate with IT and HQ partners to make necessary corrections.
Ensure the final product delivers a scalable, intuitive, and effective experience for sales and distribution teams.
GO-LIVE & CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Develop and lead the U.S. REM and REP go-live strategy starting in the second quarter of 2027.
Partner with RBNA Business, IT, and headquarters teams to ensure that organizational readiness, training, and communication plans are in place.
Define and implement change management strategies to establish new routines and drive sustained adoption across the sales and distribution network.
Monitor post-launch performance, adoption, and execution KPIs to confirm that business objectives are being met.
STAKEHOLDER & LEADERSHIP TEAM COMMUNICATION
Serve as the primary U.S. business point of contact for REM and REP with Headquarters Business and Headquarters IT.
Work closely with RBNA Key Accounts, Distribution, RBDC, and IT teams to align priorities and execution.
Provide regular updates to the RBNA Leadership Team on development progress, risks, milestones, and readiness.
Establish clear governance, decision-making frameworks, and escalation paths among local and global stakeholders.
GOVERNANCE, OPTIMIZATION & FUTURE SCALING
Take responsibility for ongoing governance, enhancement prioritization, and optimization of the REM and REP tools after launch.
Identify opportunities to improve execution effectiveness, streamline processes, and increase field productivity.
Support business planning for future headcount needs, including analyst resources for tool maintenance and scaling.
Prepare to build, onboard, and lead a small team as the tools mature and expand across all delivery partners (DPs).
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in consumer packaged goods, commercial operations, sales enablement, or field execution.
Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives that involve business teams, IT, and external partners.
Strong understanding of retail execution, sales operations, and distributor-led execution models.
Demonstrated success in gathering business requirements, managing change, and leading system or process go-lives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with a proven record of delivering complex initiatives on time.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Additional Information
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $138,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
