The Manager, Risk & Controls will play a key role in supporting the design, documentation, and execution of the company’s internal control framework for financial reporting and to help maintain the company’s SOX compliance program.
This role will oversee control documentation, testing coordination, and risk assessments across finance processes. The manager will work closely with internal teams and external auditors to ensure a strong, compliant control environment as Versant establishes itself as a standalone company.

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the Englewood Cliffs office, a minimum of three days per week. Must be willing to work in the Englewood Cliffs, NJ office.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other benefits and perks.
Salary range: $90,000-$125,000 (bonus eligible)
