About the Role
We’re hiring a Manager, Sales Development to lead and grow our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This team plays a critical role in driving our pipeline strategy and introducing enterprise healthcare prospects to Authenticx. As the leader of this team, you’ll be responsible for coaching SDRs on outbound best practices, refining workflows, and ensuring the team hits key top-of-funnel targets.
This role is ideal for someone who is energized by building programs, coaching early-career sellers, and creating structure in a fast-paced, startup environment. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales Leadership to ensure the SDR team is a consistent and high-quality engine for pipeline growth.
