    Overview:

    As a Manager at Jeremiah’s Italian Ice, you will play a crucial role in driving our store's success. You will help oversee daily operations and ensure that our location excels in cleanliness, teamwork, hiring, training new staff, maintaining/posting schedules, and financial performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Deliver exceptional 5-star customer service to every guest

    Manage scheduling and training new team members

    Manage inventory and oversee weekly Sysco orders

    Coordinate and fulfill catering deliveries and events

    Ensure the store meets high standards of cleanliness and organization

    Experience and Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years of management experience in quick service, fast casual, or retail environments, or equivalent customer service experience

    Proven leadership experience with a focus on operational efficiency and team development

    Skills:

    Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Self-starter with strong motivation and creativity

    Excellent communication and people skills

    Strong representation of the brand and commitment to customer satisfaction

    Work Schedule:

    Shifts: 8-hour shifts with options for day, evening, and night shifts

    Availability: Open availability required; flexibility needed for both opening and closing shifts
