    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    As a Manager within Solutions Delivery you’ll work on a team to provide business insights that matter to our clients. You will be responsible to translate data into compelling stories, manage account project activities, and nurture relationships with our clients through day-to-day interaction.     PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

    • Delivery of high-quality/high-impact insights and solutions Scope of Role

    • Responsible for work products including questionnaires and reporting on medium-low complexity accounts, while supporting higher complexity projects

    • Active participation in client design and questionnaire discussions

    • Provide input into development of questionnaire, Sample Design and Analytic Planning.

    • Handle timelines and quality of work products, working with internal departments and clients to achieve successful outcomes following solution and industry standard methodologies

    • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations

    • Identify and solve project issues as they arise

    • Perform in-depth quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy

    • May provide direction to others around day-to-day execution of tasks

    CRUCIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

    • 2+ years of professional experience in similar capacity or MMR program graduate; market research experience with exposure to quantitative methodologies

    • Strong process and time management skills; capable of prioritizing and delivering against multiple/competing deadlines; prior project management experience

    • Proficient digital literacy in Microsoft office tools and ability to master other needed business tools (e.g., SPSS, Survey Reporter, data management / cross tab tools and other proprietary tools)

    • Strong detail-orientation with ability to run multiple work streams and among multiple teams

    • Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) with ability to use logical reasoning and problem solving

    • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude, driven and ability to take initiative

    • Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science and analytic disciplines Essential Skills & Capabilities Communication

    • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

    • Expertly delivers messages and exemplifies Kantar values Technical/ Analytical

    • Working knowledge of marketing research methods, tools, and science

    • Demonstrates understanding of various industry solutions

    The salary range for this role is 76,100.00 -126,800.00 USD Annual. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
