    _ Overview:_

    ** Responsibilities (examples include but are not limited to):**

    Branded Inventory Management

    • Manage sourcing, tracking, and distribution of branded swag inventory across Fandango, SportsEngine, and GolfNow.
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely fulfillment of requests.

    Company Perks

    • Coordinate distribution of company perks such as API tickets, Top Golf cards, and Orlando Magic/Orlando City tickets.
    • Monitor usage and maintain perk availability.

    Event Planning and Execution

    • Plan and execute internal meetings and events in partnership with Administration/Facilities, IT, Security, Culture Crew, and Arnie’s management.

    Assist with:

    • Warm Welcome events, including preparation and distribution of New Hire Welcome packets.
    • All Hands Meetings (logistical and scheduling support).
    • Annual Sales Meetings (onsite coordination and execution).
    • Leadership and training meetings.
    • Inclusion events and initiatives
    • Engagement activities such as Fandango Popcorn Days, Employee Appreciation, Desk Drops, and Watch Parties.
    • Provide on-site support during events and ensure post-event follow-up.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ Minimum Requirements:_

    • Minimum of 3 years in event planning and execution.
    • Minimal travel required.
    • Creative problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

    _ Preferred Qualifications:_

    • Experience with corporate events and large-scale meetings.
    • Familiarity with vendor management and negotiation.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and event planning software.
    • Ability to bring creative ideas to life and think strategically.
