We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manager of Strategic Finance. If you love solving complex problems, building robust financial models, and thinking strategically, this is your ideal opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing

Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and internal data insights.

Lead financial due diligence for Daisy and other franchisee transactions

Conduct root cause analysis on underperforming areas of the business (pricing, operations, sales effectiveness, etc.).

Act as an internal consultant to business units, recommending improvements in financial performance, cost management, or operational effectiveness.

Build complex Excel models to forecast revenue, costs, unit economics, and ROI.

Use scenario planning to evaluate trade-offs and risks under different strategies.

Evaluate new business initiatives (e.g., launching in a new market, new product lines) through DCF, NPV, IRR, and other methodologies.

Partner with executives and teams across product and operations to align financial plans with technical constraints and business goals.

Help drive annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, aligning them with long-term goals.

Advanced Excel experience (nested formulas, macros, pivot tables, sensitivity tables, etc.)

What You Bring to the Team

Engineering or other quantitative STEM degrees, with a strong interest in business.

Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or in a strategic finance function at a high-growth company.

Naturally curious and analytical—enjoys digging into data and asking "why?"

Confident in ambiguous environments; ability to turn unstructured problems into structured solutions.

Excellent communicator who can influence stakeholders and explain complex ideas in simple terms.

Work Environment & Expectations

Monday - Friday remote workplace with up to 20% travel to various job sites and branches.
