As part of the McDonald’s Agency123 Centralized Resources Team, the Manager of Studio Services leads and inspires the studio team by fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. This role provides strategic direction, consultation and management of our two studios and digital asset management system. The Studio Manager focuses on driving innovation while acting as a bridge between creative vision and logistical execution, ensuring the studio functions efficiently while producing high-quality imagery aligned with the brand visual identity. Utilizing industry expertise and McDonald's system knowledge they seamlessly integrate strategic planning with day-to-day operations, driving initiatives that enhance operational excellence and creative output.

The expected salary range for this role is $98,140 - $125,130 ** __** per year

Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Manager, Studio Services position will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in photography studio management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in digital asset management and familiarity with industry standards and creative innovations are essential. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong leadership and team-building skills. The candidate should be able to provide strategic direction and stay abreast of industry trends.
