HCT is seeking an Interim Trauma Program Manager  for a 150+ bed hospital in California. The responsibilities include:

• Manage operational, administrative, and outreach services for the trauma program
• Coordinate interdisciplinary management across the continuum of trauma care
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and practice management guidelines
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies

Requirements:

• Education:  Bachelor degree required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a trauma program or similar setting
• License: Current CA RN license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CEN Preferred
• EMR: Meditech
