    Job Description

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a Two Maids home cleaning franchise in Albany, NY. The Manager will be responsible for managing cleaning teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining scheduling and logistics, and driving business growth. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the cleaning teams.
    • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff.
    • Schedule and

    dispatch teams to customer homes efficiently.

    • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and service quality.
    • Manage supplies, equipment, and inventory.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution.
    • Implement company policies and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
    • Track KPIs and help meet revenue and performance goals.
    • Assist with local marketing and community outreach.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
    • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, customer service, or management (preferably in cleaning, hospitality, or franchise settings).
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

    Compensation Package

    • Base Salary: $42,000 – $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
    • Performance Bonuses: Up to $5,000 annually based on customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and operational KPIs.
    • Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days per year, increasing with tenure.
