Train new employees and reinforce brand standards

Maintain a positive, energetic team environment

Ensure food is prepared accurately, safely, and in a timely manner

Maintain high cleanliness standards in the kitchen, lobby, and outside area

Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively

    Inventory & Financial Controls

Assist with inventory management and placing orders

    Accept and verify deliveries

    Practice cost-control and waste-reduction measures

    Scheduling & Team Management

Assist with schedule creation and address availability conflicts

Monitor punctuality and adherence to break policies

Assist with interviewing and performance evaluations

Provide feedback on team strengths and development areas

    Marketing & Growth Support

Support local marketing initiatives and community outreach

Assist with in-store promotions and catering coordination

Proactively suggest ideas to improve efficiency, sales, and customer experience

    Requirements

1–3 years of food service, café, restaurant, or retail leadership experience

Experience opening and closing a store

    Comfortable supervising team members

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

    Basic computer and POS proficiency

Food safety certification (or ability to obtain)

Monthly performance bonus opportunities tied to revenue targets, labor efficiency, and operational execution

Quarterly performance bonus opportunities based on store profitability and growth metrics

    401(k) with employer contribution

Clear path to General Manager or multi-location leadership as additional stores are developed
