A stable and rapidly growing logistics company experiencing significant success is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Warehouse Business Systems Manager to join their dynamic team.

In this role you will:

• Manage the day-to-day support and maintenance of our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Lead and mentor a small team of WMS support professionals.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration.
• Provide technical expertise and support to warehouse personnel.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing and supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Logistics industry experience is highly preferred.
• OLTP Process experience is also a plus, but not required
  

Location: Remote - Greater Chicago Area

Role: FT, Direct-hire position

Salary: Up to 120k depending on experience.
