Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of management consulting experience, including 3 years in team management and business development/sales.
- Knowledge of the full Wealth and/or Asset Management value chain (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office)
- Experience in complex transformations or technology implementations in Wealth and/or Asset Management, including business analysis, sourcing model, data model, organizational model, and technical architecture
- Experience in designing future state operating models in Wealth and/or Asset Management due to various change catalysts (e.g., core platform change, new product, merger/acquisition, start up, cost reduction, outsourcing, globalization)
- Specific subject matter expertise regarding transformation and a strong business understanding of Wealth and/or Asset Management products and services
- Growth focused professional with proven track record of exceeding personal revenue goals through exceptional client delivery
- Desire to build an opportunity with an organization that fosters their entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to be hands-on and get "in the weeds" as a doer when needed
- Proven track record of originating sales pursuits and closing sales, creating solutions to complex business programs, operational excellence, and strong understanding of consultative sales approach
- Drive profitability and position for continued growth and expansion
- Ability to drive relationships within C-Suite and other senior executives to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business
- Team player with outstanding interpersonal and demonstrated leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree required in business or related field; advanced degrees welcome
- Proven track record in selling regulatory solutions to various industries
- Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment and to mentor team members
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Dynamic and able to achieve results with an entrepreneurial mindset

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week. For Consultants outside of our primary markets, we can offer more flexible in-person requirements in accordance with your location.
