HCT seeks an experienced professional to serve as the Manager, Women & Children's, at a 150 bed hospital in California. The Manager’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• planning, directing and managing the patient care delivered to a designated population,
• maintaining accountability for leadership, budget preparation and overall fiscal management, staffing, planning, organizing and controlling in collaboration with department director, and
• developing programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient's care needs are assessed, evaluated, and met.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: BSN required
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of manager experience in a union environment; must have a proven track record of success in improving patient experience, labor and delivery quality metrics, as well as a high degree of clinical proficiency, and effective communication skills
• License: Current California RN license required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; PALS, NRP preferred
• Computer Skills: Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) and Microsoft Office suite experience preferred
