Job Description: We are seeking a Manager who is passionate about working in the children’s industry and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You will be the go-to person for parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enforcing rules and regulations, and maintaining a positive, calm atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the play space and birthday parties

Provide excellent customer service and engage with parents and guests in a friendly, professional manner

Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a positive, supportive atmosphere

Handle customer concerns or issues with patience, calmness, and efficiency

Supervise staff, ensure the space is always clean and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the children’s industry or a customer-facing role (preferably in a daycare, play space, or similar environment)

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly

Ability to enforce rules while maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanor

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

Must be able to work weekends
