What You’ll Do

As a Manager in Training, you will work alongside experienced leaders to learn every part of the business while helping guide the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Building strong relationships with customers and creating a welcoming store environment • Supporting daily store operations including buying, selling, and loaning on jewelry, gold, luxury goods, electronics, and collectibles as well as other items • Helping coach and support team members to deliver excellent customer service • Participating in community engagement and store promotion through social media and special events • Assisting with merchandising, inventory, and store presentation • Learning leadership skills needed to grow into a future management role

Who We’re Looking For

We are searching for someone who brings leadership, stability, and a passion for people.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience • A stable work history with a track record of commitment and reliability • Strong people skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers • Confidence making decisions and solving problems • A team-first mindset and natural leadership ability • Comfort using social media to connect with customers and promote the store

⭐ Bilingual Spanish/English is strongly preferred

Experience with jewelry, luxury goods, pawnbroking, or retail sales is a plus, but leadership ability and strong character are just as important.
