Great Lakes Home Remodeling is expanding, and we’re searching for a driven and dynamic Assistant Sales Manager In Training to help lead our team to record-breaking results! If you have in-home sales experience and thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments — we want to talk to you.

🔥 What You’ll Do:

Motivate, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals

Ride along with new reps and lead by example with high-performance habits

Set and exceed team goals using performance metrics and sales forecasting

Foster a winning culture based on accountability, coaching, and results

Drive team performance through daily check-ins, mentoring, and field support

💼 What We’re Looking For:

2–5 years of sales or sales management experience (required)

In-home or home improvement sales experience (a major plus)

Proven success in closing deals and exceeding goals

Passion for developing others and leading from the front

Must be available for evening hours, light Saturdays, and occasional travel
