Our Novi Jersey Mike’s is looking for motivated individuals ready to grow into leadership roles through our structured Manager in Training program. You’ll learn all aspects of operations and progress through clear phases toward Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and beyond.

Pay & Advancement Path

Starting MIT: $13–$14/hr + tips

Shift Leader: +$1/hr

Assistant Manager: +$1/hr

General Manager: Competitive salary + bonus opportunities

Average tips: $3–$5/hr
