Banyan Search is partnering with a rapidly growing company to find an Accounts Receivable Manager. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional to lead the Accounts Receivable team, streamline processes, and drive cash flow efficiency in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Accounts Receivable team, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, and cash applications
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance
• Monitor and manage credit exposure, AR aging, and collections, with a focus on improving working capital
• Provide regular reports and insights to leadership on AR performance, outstanding balances, and credit risk
• Train, mentor, and manage staff, setting clear performance goals and ensuring team development

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proficiency with accounting software, Accounts Receivable functions, and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of credit management, collections, and AR aging analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
