Job Description
The Manager of Alumni Persistence works with KIPP Baltimore alumni who have graduated from high school, supporting them as they persist to and through their postsecondary pathways. The Manager of Alumni Persistence helps students navigate their post-secondary programs and institutions so that they can successfully attain the credentials needed to achieve individual goals and lead fulfilling lives. The Manager of Alumni Persistence reports to the Director of KIPP Forward.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Collaborate with teammates to devise a strong student transition plan from Career and College Advising to Alumni Persistence advisors by:
Maintain a caseload of alumni enrolled in post-secondary programs and institutions and support their return to, persistence in and graduation from these pathways by:

COMPENSATION: This is a part-time position, scheduled for 25 hours per week at a rate of $33.35 per hour. Please note that this role is not benefits-eligible.
