Role Overview

Lead a high-performing customer accounting team managing billing, invoicing, and account resolution. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and a customer-first mindset to a process that needs a strong leader.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily AR + billing team operations

• Improve and optimize invoicing + collections processes

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Support

• Track KPIs and coach junior team members

• Serve as point of escalation for client billing issues

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations in customer accounting

- Lead and motivate an established team

- Drive accuracy in billing, collections, and reporting

- Support national sales reps and divisional managers

- Optimize ERP system usage (Epicor P21)

- Experience in distribution, manufacturing, or similar a plus
