    Manager of Finance $115,000 - $125,000 per year

    The Manager of Finance role takes a combination of industry knowledge, region-specific understanding, operational and financial acumen and interpersonal skills to drive office level results. This role requires a winning attitude and the ability to overcome hurdles to support in organizational achievement.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Manager, Finance role is responsible for, but not limited to the following:

    Office Level:

    Drive results for key business metrics at the office level by utilizing data and building relationships with office level management

    Execute key projects and process improvements at the direction of executive management

    Financial and operational reporting and analysis

    Expertise around the state of the P&L and keeping a pulse on what is driving results, including the performance of flux analysis

    Management of office level staff, in an indirect manner

    Collections analysis and cash management

    Analyze WIP and provide support at the project level, as needed

    Understand and provide details of physical asset purchases to determine ROI

    Forecast financial results

    Financial reporting and month-end support, as needed

    Organization Level:

    Reporting of certain key metrics or results, as needed

    Collaboration with other regional finance leaders to create best in class processes

    Other responsibilities, as business needs adapt

    WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS (Required)

    Excellent ability to aggregate and analyze information from a variety of sources

    Ability to determine problem areas and solve issues as they arise

    Planning/Organizing - Ability to multitask, meet deadlines while managingn multiple projects, and strong sense of urgency and follow-thru in addressing issues

    Knowledge of Paul Davis Processes and Systems

    Strategically oriented

    Attention to detail and accuracy

    Excellent proficiency with key software

    Exceptional financial and operational acumen

    Well organized to maximize the effort required

    Fluent in Oral and written communication in English

    EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or other related concentration or job specific experience in:

    Construction or property restoration

    Accounting & Finance

    Operational leadership or process improvement

    Project management

    Insurance, preferably property

    Home services

    Customer experience

    Other relative experience

    Work Environment The employee will be working in the confines of their own home location. The employee will attend trainings or conferences as needed. In the instance the employee will work from one of our office locations, the employee will be exposed to air conditioning and heat.

    Travel Minimal travel is required for training.
