A leading medical claims review company is seeking a Manager of Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Administrator of all benefit programs including Transitchek, Commuter Benefits, FSA, Medical, Dental, 401K, COBRA, FMLA, STD, LTD, Pre-paid Legal and other ancillary benefits
- Collaborates on recruiting strategies.
- Working with the SVP of Compliance and the Sr. Director, HR manages and conducts all compliance issues and matter for the organization.
- Manages the commuting benefit program with Health Equity.
- Prepares quarterly medical buyout reports to submit to finance for payments
- Manages the Kchecks system and submits monthly reports to the compliance officer
- Working with Finance, IT and Compliance assists with any audits and provides any materials required.
- Assists with the performance review process. Provides updates to Managers, Directors and Department Heads to ensure reviews are done in a timely and concise manner. Ensures communication is completed about raises or not and ensures documentation is saved in the HRIS system.
- Partners with Sr. Director on culture and instilling the mission and values of the organization.
- Prepares communications around HR matters, i.e. open enrollment, updates in policies, etc.
- Works with Brokers and Finance department in delivering optimum benefits to the employees while looking at cost savings and structures.
- Schedules and manages open enrollment. Ensures timelines and enrollments are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases particularly Namely and Jazz HR.
- Strong background in benefits administration
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
