A3 is a 30-bed unit (22 private and 4 semiprivate) that is acuity adaptable and cares for cardiac critical care and intermediate care to discharge.This position holds 24/7/365 accountability for two cost centers- A3, Cardiac Interventional Critical Care/Intermediate Care Unit and the Centralized Telemetry Department (which has remote telemetry oversight of A3, A4, A7, C2, and C4). This position serves as a key stakeholder for all things telemetry/cardiac monitoring. Positions that will directly report to this position include registered nurses, nursing assistants, nurse technicians, telemetry technicians, unit clerks, and a resource nurse clinician (educator).

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Lead the team where people do their best, and engage with a care team to address
efficiencies
• Promote and maintain patient-centered outcomes that are culturally sensitive and
inclusive.
• Direct and evaluate patient care delivery, ensuring adherence to regulations and
clinical guidelines.
• Empower nurses to be accountable for patient outcomes, providing leadership in
setting nursing practice standards.
• Establish a culture of safety and report liability risks

Qualifications

_ What’s Required_

BSN
MHA, MBA or MSN completed in 5 years
Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
