Responsibilities Medical & Clinical Duties
Administer IV drip therapy and injections
Educate clients on our nutrients
Document services within the client's medical chart
Manage inventory and nutrient ordering process
Communicate any issues or adverse effects
Provide effective communication and exceptional customer service
Openness to participate in off-site events and special projects
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Nursing Management
Effectively manage the team of Nurses and scheduling
Complete monthly chart audits
Train new hires
Manage the nursing schedules to ensure complete coverage for operating hours
Update and distribute operating policies
Regularly evaluate the nursing staff to ensure quality performance and customer service
Qualifications
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas
Minimum of two years experience as a nurse in an acute care setting
BLS (Basic Life Support) certified
Possess leadership and management skills
Minimum of one year experience administering IVs
Familiarity and knowledge of electronic medical records
Ability to work with a diverse clientele
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills and outgoing
