Qualifications

Necessary:

Employment with MCS for at least 1 year or 2 years of Manager Level Experience with another service company

Willing to become IICRC & Air Duct Cleaning Certified within 24 months of transitioning into the position.

At least 2 years HVAC and/or cleaning experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Valid Drivers License with no points or accidents within the past 3 years

Preferred

At least 5 years HVAC and/or cleaning experience

Responsibilities

Direct oversight of all lead and assistant technicians

Approx. 20 hours a week in the field in direct service to clients

An average of 42.5 hours a week

Monthly meeting with the DOP and Ownership

Weekly meeting with the DOP

Bi-Weekly one on one meetings with Lead Technicians

Monthly one on one meetings with Assistant Technicians

Lead 1-2 Team meetings a week

Be on site with each team no less than once a week

Encourage and celebrate the direct reports and the overall team in unique and special ways

Know and comprehend the pricing and scheduling of all departments

Give quotes as needed either via a phone, computer or in person

Assist in handling client complaints adhering to the “we make it right” philosophy.
