Manager of Project Management
Minneapolis, MN | $100–$110k + Bonus | Direct-Hire | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
This opportunity is with an established, employee-owned workplace solutions and interiors organization supporting complex, multi-discipline projects. The Manager of Project Management leads and develops a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering integrated technology, furniture, and architectural solutions. This role blends people leadership, operational rigor, and client-facing execution in a highly collaborative, EOS-driven environment that values ownership, adaptability, and long-term growth.
Manager of Project Management Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers across multiple disciplines to ensure consistent execution, accountability, and client satisfaction.
- Establish and enforce project management standards related to scheduling, labor tracking, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Partner with operations, field services, and warehouse leadership to align project planning with execution and resource availability.
- Oversee forecasting, margin performance, and post-project reviews to identify risks, trends, and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Facilitate weekly meetings and one-on-one check-ins to drive alignment, clarity, and team performance.
Manager of Project Management Qualifications
- Five or more years of people leadership experience within project management, operations, or a related construction or dealership environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of construction workflows and multi-trade project execution.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required (or willingness to obtain for exceptional candidates).
- Strong client-facing communication skills, including the ability to present, listen, and adapt in dynamic project environments.
- Resourceful, adaptable leadership style with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a lean organization.
