  • Responsibilities

    Manager of Retail Stores- Luxury Home Brand

    • Lead and evolve a growing network of 10 luxury retail stores, driving operational excellence, team performance, and client experience across multiple locations

    • Oversee store performance, team development, and cross-functional alignment while acting as the key liaison between retail teams and corporate partners

    • Build and execute strategies to grow the designer/trade business while improving systems, processes, and overall retail effectiveness

    Skills Required:
    • Multi-store retail leadership experience within luxury or service-driven environments
    • Strong people leadership with the ability to influence, coach, and build high-performing teams
    • Operational and strategic agility, with experience improving processes and driving business growth
