Compensation: $120,000–$130,000 base + relocation assistance

Your Day-to-Day
Lead new product supply chain development strategies from concept through production
Build, develop, and continuously improve the supplier base, including selection, qualification, performance management, and supplier agreements
Develop commodity strategies and identify gaps or risks within current and future supplier networks
Oversee finished goods planning and purchasing of raw materials, supplies, MRO parts, and equipment
Leverage ERP/MRP systems to optimize material purchases and support business plans
Manage inventory to balance cost, availability, and working capital targets
Monitor and report key inventory control metrics, implementing corrective actions as needed
Partner cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, project, and product teams to identify and execute cost-savings initiatives
Deliver annual cost reductions through strategic sourcing, market knowledge, and supplier negotiations
Ensure daily alignment with operations and other departments to meet schedules and performance goals
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent
10+ years of materials management experience in a manufacturing environment
5+ years of leadership experience across strategic sourcing, supplier development, inventory control, and purchasing
Deep experience in electronics or similar consumer products industries
Proven expertise sourcing electronic and mechanical commodities
Strong working knowledge of material planning theory, production, and inventory control practices
Demonstrated success operating in a fast-paced, global supply chain environment
Experience with fully integrated ERP and/or MRP systems
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management, and sourcing tools
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site with outsourced vendors
