Position Overview
The Manager of Undergraduate Career Services (UCS) is a highly motivated, flexible, entrepreneurial and outgoing professional committed to increasing alumni access to critical career services and programs. This person will have a unique opportunity to execute targeted recruitment of our college junior, senior and recently graduated alumni (Y3-6) into our career services programs. In the process, the Manager will play a key role in managing the partnerships that are providing those services directly. The Manager will have an opportunity to continue to expand upon our program offerings by actively searching and building relationships with innovative programs, employers, and professionals that could have the potential to increase access to internships and strong first jobs for our alumni. They will also have opportunities to work directly with alumni across the Postsecondary Success Collaborative, which includes alumni of KIPP NYC, NJ and Philadelphia, Achievement First NYC, CT, and RI, and Prospect Schools. The UCS Manager will report to the Director of UCS.

Compensation and Benefits:
KIPP NYC offers a salary ranging from $80,340 - $92,700. Salary ranges at KIPP NYC are standardized based on role level and role function. Individual salaries are determined through a lens of equity, accounting for years of experience relevant to the role and scope of responsibilities, and are benchmarked against others within the same salary band.

_ This is a full-time, in-person role based in New York City._ If you are not in a school-based position, the cadence and frequency of travel to our central office is determined by your leadership team. If you relocate outside of a commutable distance or out of the state of NY, your employment will be subject to review, which may include separation from KIPP NYC. It is important that you notify HR if you move or have plans to relocate.
