About the Role:

Sonic Drive-In in Howell, NJ is looking for energetic and motivated Managers and Crew Members to join our team for evening and night shifts! Whether you're running the drive thru or cooking up fan-favorite meals in the kitchen, this is your chance to be part of a fast-paced, fun environment where great teamwork makes it all happen.

Responsibilities:

Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service at the drive thru window during evening and overnight shifts

Prepare food and beverages in the kitchen according to Sonic's quality and safety standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, drive thru, and service areas

Managers: supervise and motivate crew members to ensure smooth shift operations

Managers: handle cash management, opening/closing duties, and shift reporting

Restock supplies and ingredients to keep the team running efficiently throughout the shift

Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience in fast food, quick service restaurant (QSR), or food service preferred

Management candidates should have prior supervisory or team lead experience

Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends reliably

Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic

Basic math and cash handling skills for crew and manager roles

Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs
