We're Hiring: Managing Attorney – Real Property Rights Protection (Remote)
Location: Florida-based | Primarily Remote | Travel Required Across Central Florida

We’re seeking a Managing Attorney to lead our Real Property Rights Protection Unit, serving communities across 12 counties in Central Florida. This is a unique leadership opportunity to make a tangible impact in the lives of underserved individuals by safeguarding homeownership and land rights.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of attorneys and advocates working on:
Probate and title clearance
Quiet title actions and tax deed issues
Disaster-related property recovery and housing stability
Land partition and property succession matters
Develop and execute litigation strategies within the unit
Foster community partnerships and conduct outreach to expand access to justice
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, client-centered legal representation
Qualifications
Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar
Minimum 7 years of legal experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred
Strong litigation skills and experience managing legal teams
Proven dedication to serving low-income and marginalized communities
Exceptional communication, organizational, and community engagement abilities
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
