Responsibilities: As Managing Attorney, you’ll be the legal leader of the firm, working closely with the owner to run a high-functioning, healthy, and impactful legal team. • Lead, mentor, and manage associate attorneys and paralegals • Oversee all legal work and ensure efficient, top-quality client service • Strategically guide clients through divorce, custody, and related family law matters • Monitor deadlines, move cases forward, and keep clients informed • Help improve legal systems and processes as we grow • Appear in court or mediation (though many cases settle early) Qualifications: What You Bring • 8+ years of Georgia family law litigation experience • Leadership or mentorship experience strongly preferred • A calm, confident approach to conflict resolution • Excellent communication, organization, and emotional intelligence • Tech-comfortable: we’re remote-friendly and use Clio, Microsoft 365, etc. What You GetBase salary : $125,000 – $150,000 depending on experience • Bonus : Performance-based, tied to team success and client satisfaction • Benefits : Benefits package including 401(k) with matching, health insurance stipend, cell phone reimbursement, 20 days of Paid Time Off plus additional holidays. • Flexibility : Remote-first, but we’ll support your preferred work style • Sustainability : A career path that allows you to keep practicing, without burning out Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000
