Qualifications: What We Need From You: • J.D. degree and admission to the Texas Bar • Minimum 8-10 years of family law litigation experience (Texas-specific) • Experience in family law litigation and trials, with a proven track record of successful outcomes. • Ability to lead and manage a team of attorneys, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic goals in collaboration with executive leadership. • Strong mentoring skills to guide junior attorneys and promote continuous professional development. • Ability to oversee and enhance case management processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with legal standards. • Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on clear communication and trust-building. • In-depth knowledge of current legal trends and changes in family law to maintain the firm's competitive edge.
