Now Hiring: Managing AttorneyLocation: Mineola, NY (On-site) Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day law firm operations and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals • Contribute to firm leadership through business planning, team management, and culture building • Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain top legal talent, including attorneys, paralegals, and support staff • Monitor firm productivity, client satisfaction, and legal service delivery standards • Manage financial performance by overseeing budgets, evaluating firm metrics, and recommending cost-saving or revenue-generating initiatives • Represent the firm at industry events, webinars, and public forums to enhance visibility and credibility • Maintain and grow a personal caseload, with a focus on complex litigation and strategic matters Qualifications: • JD from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing with the New York State Bar • Minimum 10 years of legal experience, including leadership or firm management roles • Demonstrated success in supervising legal teams and managing firm operations • Strong financial literacy and comfort reviewing performance metrics, budgets, and reporting tools • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Background in franchise, dealership, or commercial litigation law is strongly preferred • Public speaking and community outreach experience is a plus Compensation: $200,000 - $225,000 yearly
