    You Would Need to Bring - Family Law Attorney
    • Extensive NC Family Law attorney experience;
    • JD from accredited law school;
    • Litigation and trial experience;
    • Active North Carolina Bar license;
    • Ability to manage associate attorneys;
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Compassionate, client-focused work ethic; and
    • Ownership mindset and drive to succeed.
    What You Will Do - Family Law Attorney
    • Lead family law cases from intake to trial or resolution: divorce, custody, support, alimony, and paternity.
    • Litigate family law cases from inception to settlement or trial.
    • Meet divorce clients with legal ability, skill, empathy and strong advocacy.
    • Develop strategic case approaches through thorough research and analysis.
    • Draft legal pleadings, motions, briefs, and other family law court documents.
    • Explain complex legal issues and support clients throughout their domestic relations case.
    • Advocate for clients in family law court, mediations, and depositions.
    • Negotiate and finalize settlements.
    • Stay abreast of family law statutes and case law.
    • Collaborate with a dedicated, supportive legal team.
    • Consistently deliver results and meet deadlines, communicating case statuses to the partnership on a regular basis.
