Commission-Based with Performance Bonus • This position is commission-based with additional bonus opportunities based on the team's GCI increase. • Your earnings are tied directly to the success and growth of the team, offering substantial earning potential as the team performs at a higher level. Responsibilities: Oversee Daily Operations • Manage team operations, compliance, and client service. • Implement efficient policies and procedures. Lead & Develop Agents • Mentor agents, foster a positive team culture, and lead training sessions. Ensure Compliance & Risk Management • Stay updated on regulations and ensure smooth, compliant transactions. Recruit & Onboard New Agents • Recruit talented agents and provide onboarding and training. Oversee Transactions • Monitor key transactions and assist with complex deals and negotiations. Drive Business Growth • Develop and implement growth strategies to improve performance and market presence. Marketing & Branding • Collaborate on branding strategies and ensure marketing consistency. Optimize Technology & Tools • Ensure effective use of CRM (Follow up Boss) and other business tools for maximum productivity. Client Relations • Cultivate strong client relationships and handle escalated concerns. Track Performance & Accountability • Set performance benchmarks, review agent progress, and provide feedback. Conflict Resolution • Resolve internal conflicts and maintain a positive, collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Over 3 Years of Active Experience • Must have at least 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent. Industry Knowledge & Compliance • Strong working knowledge of the real estate industry and state/national Fair Housing laws to ensure the brokerage complies with all regulations. Leadership & Management Skills • Proven ability to manage and lead a team of high-performing real estate agents, guiding them to success. Customer Service & Communication • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and clear, effective communication. Managing Broker’s License • Must hold a current Managing Broker’s License. Self-Starter with Problem-Solving Skills • Must be a proactive, self-motivated individual who not only identifies issues but also brings effective solutions to the table. Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 yearly
