Qualifications: Education/Experience • College degree or equivalent work experience. • Professional designations such as CLU, ChFC, or CFP. • FINRA Registrations 66, 7, and 24 preferred. • 4-6 years of insurance industry sales experience, including 3-5 years of field management or agency distribution system. • Demonstrated background and success in firm building and recruitment preferred. Compensation: $138,000 + DOE
