    Managing Family Law Attorney (8+ years Experience) Hybrid Martino Law Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned Managing Family Law Attorney to lead a team of dedicated legal professionals—including attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and virtual support staff—across our three locations. This hybrid leadership position is backed by a full sales and marketing team, allowing you to focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional legal counsel and results. You will manage a broad portfolio of domestic relations matters, from prenuptial agreements and mediations to complex divorces and high-conflict custody disputes. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, prenuptial agreements, and post-judgment modifications. • Lead and mentor a team of two or more associate attorneys, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with firm values and standards. • Draft, file, and argue motions, pleadings, separation agreements, and trial documents with precision and attention to detail. • Navigate and resolve high-conflict matters, including domestic violence cases, contested custody disputes, and allegations of abuse, with sensitivity and professionalism. • Advocate for clients in settlement negotiations, pretrial conferences, hearings, and trials—balancing assertive legal strategy with client-centered care. • Provide clients with clear, empathetic, and strategic guidance throughout the legal process, empowering them to make informed decisions during emotionally charged situations. • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to develop case strategies, meet critical deadlines, and uphold exceptional standards of service. • Maintain full responsibility for managing your caseload—ensuring timely communication, diligent preparation, and a consistent focus on delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes. Qualifications: Required: • Licensed Massachusetts Family Law Attorney with 8+ years of hands-on experience in divorce and domestic relations. • Strong courtroom presence with proven litigation and negotiation skills. • Ability to independently manage cases from intake through final judgment. • Confident communicator who can counsel clients effectively under pressure. • Organized, reliable, and committed to providing strategic and compassionate representation. Bonus Points If You: • Familiarity with Clio, Lawmatics, and Microsoft Office Suite. • New Hampshire bar license. • Comfortable with tech and remote collaboration tools. • A referral network or book of business. Compensation: $160,000 - $205,000+ yearly
