Mission Recruiting represents an employer-side employment law practice seeking a Managing Attorney to run day-to-day operations, elevate attorney performance, and drive consistent client outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building structure, coaching talent, and staying close to the work.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead practice execution: staffing, workflow, deadlines, and quality control across matters
• Manage and mentor attorneys: training, feedback, accountability, and performance standards
• Serve as senior advisor to employer clients on risk, strategy, and resolution options
• Oversee complex employment litigation, including wage and hour, class actions, and PAGA matters
• Support growth: business development partnership, origination credit, and sustained client stewardship

Compensation and benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $300,000 DOE, with bonus opportunities, realization incentives, and 15% origination credit. Benefits include health insurance contribution, disability coverage, PTO and sick time, bar dues coverage, CLE reimbursement, phone reimbursement, and a marketing budget.
