MANCAN INC. IS SEEKING AN EMPLOYMENT SPECIALIST FOR THEIR GROWING NORWALK, OHIO OFFICE. The ideal candidate should be bilingual, enthusiastic , organized, outgoing, neat and personable in order to help build our business in Norwalk, OH. Having a background in Sales or Marketing and be able to take multi-tasking to a new level. Must be able to work alone and always have a smile!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Obtain detailed assignment information form customers and utilize it to provide effective customer service.
• Interview & test applicants to evaluate their qualifications for assignments
• Fill customer work orders with qualified associates
• Monitor employee attendance and performance
• Troubleshoot to resolve the problems or complaints of customers and associates
• Coach & counsel associates to ensure quality performance and job satisfaction

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:

• Conduct outside service calls to ensure quality customer service and expand business
• Recruit associates to form a pool of applicants for high demand skill areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors Degree or business experience helpful. At least one year of previous customer service or appropriate experience a plus
• Ability to communicate with others; Problem solve; Multi-task
• Computer Literate - MS Word, Email, Excel, Powerpoint
• Basic Math Skills
• Cooperative, Team Player, Patient, Calm under pressure and able to work under pressure.
• Able to travel to local customer sites as needed
