Job Description
The license/unlicensed Customer Service Representative/Sales provides an exceptional customer service experience through all customer conversations and transactions. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling multiple types of customer experience inquiries, resolving service concerns/documenting customer requests, customer retention, endorsement, cross sale on existing customers, and completing changes to policies. Service to customers will include inbound/outbound calls and call transfers for service transactions. Must have positive attitude, be on time, accountable, great computer skills, communication. Also have great computer skills, respond to emails and calls on time, time management, task management skills and minimum 5 years experience prefer.
