Job Summary
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Associate Engineer to support technical project execution and field operations. This role is ideal for individuals with 1–3 years of relevant engineering experience who are ready to take a hands-on role in industrial pipeline installation, troubleshooting, and job site coordination. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and technical teams to deliver high-quality service in cleanroom and controlled environments.
Expected start date: September 1, 2025
Responsibilities
Assist in the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems (PVC, CPVC, PFA, PVDF)
Perform field troubleshooting, leak tests, and make system adjustments as needed
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and P&ID diagrams
Support material inventory tracking and on-site logistics coordination
Ensure compliance with safety standards, cleanroom protocols, and company procedures
Prepare and maintain installation records, daily reports, and handover documents
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and project teams to meet technical and scheduling goals
Report to project supervisors and contribute to team-based problem solving
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of engineering experience, preferably involving on-site installations
Familiarity with industrial piping systems and materials is a plus
Comfortable working full-time on-site in cleanroom, factory, or project locations
Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other design tools is a plus
Strong understanding of technical documentation, safety protocols, and quality standards
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational abilities
