Leakproof Piping System Inc. is a joint venture established by Li Jie Industrial Co., Ltd. and another Taiwan-based engineering company. With over 20 years of experience in Taiwan, Li Jie Industrial specializes in pipeline system installation and maintenance, as well as engineering plastic materials. Together with its partner, the company has worked on high-profile projects for global leaders such as TSMC, UMC, and Chi Mei Optoelectronics.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Quality Engineer to ensure product and service compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. You will oversee inspection procedures, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires cross-functional coordination and bilingual communication.

Expected start date: September 1, 2025

Responsibilities

Develop and implement quality control procedures and inspection standards

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections on materials and installation

Review and maintain quality documentation, such as control plans, FMEA, and inspection reports

Investigate and analyze non-conformities (NCRs), and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions

Support supplier qualification and ensure compliance with company quality standards

Interface with internal teams and external clients to resolve quality issues

Monitor quality KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement projects

Conduct training on quality systems and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field

At least 2 years of experience in quality engineering or quality assurance

Familiar with ISO 9001, 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, and root cause problem-solving tools

Experience in working with industrial piping systems, semiconductor, or chemical plants preferred

Proficient in reading technical drawings, inspection checklists, and using measurement tools

Good communication skills in both English and Mandarin – bilingual proficiency is required

Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently and under pressure
