Now Hiring: Mandarin-Speaking Leasing Agent

Prospect Equities® is seeking a motivated and client-focused Leasing Agent to join our Chicago team. We provide ready leads, allowing you to focus on assisting clients, conducting apartment tours, and closing leases.

Position Details

Part-time: approximately 10–20 hours per week

Estimated earning potential: $2,000–$6,000 per month, depending on performance and completed leases

Responsibilities

Conduct apartment tours with prospective renters

Follow up with company-provided leads

Understand clients’ housing needs and recommend suitable properties

Respond to leasing inquiries professionally and promptly

Assist clients with rental applications, documentation, and lease signing

Maintain accurate records of client communications and follow-ups

Qualifications

Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required

Strong English communication skills

Professional, dependable, and self-motivated

Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, text, email, and in person

Familiarity with the Chicago rental market is preferred

Previous leasing, sales, or real estate experience is preferred but not required
