Assisting Hands Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable, and Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking Caregivers to provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent while following their personalized Plan of Care.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility

Help with daily living activities such as eating and exercise routines

Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, basic cleaning)

Observe and report changes in the client’s condition

Assist with self-administered medications and document care provided

Support a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment

Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

1+ year caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or long-term care)

Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese (required)

Compassionate, dependable, and patient

Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity

🕒 Flexible hours available Shifts available 24/7 based on client needs Full-time and part-time opportunities May include 12-hour shifts Hours vary by assignment
